John brings 40 years of experience in the planning and execution of industrial, commercial and multi residential construction projects. Using modern technology and progressive building techniques, John strives to understand the customer’s project requirements while balancing the needs of the various trade disciplines and government agencies to create practical project plans while his hands on approach results in the builds getting finished in an economical and punctual manner
Dan combines his background in finance with 15 years of development and construction project management experience in the commercial, residential and multi-residential markets. He has strong capabilities in evaluating potential projects then assembling and facilitating cohesive teams, interfacing with public agencies and liaising with key stakeholders from inception to completion.
